Claim rewards and use player boosts

Find your rewards

Open Rewards to see player boosts from template purchases and any Party Passes or plan gifts sent by the Neegma team. A Welcome Reward banner, when available, opens a separate claim page.

Rewards change your hosting access or capacity. Your saved game results are kept in Achievements.

Claim a welcome Party Plan

1. Select Claim Reward on the Welcome Reward banner, or open Claim your reward.
2. Choose Start Immediately, or choose Schedule Activation and enter a date and time at least one hour ahead.
3. Select Claim Party Plan.

The welcome Party Plan lasts 24 hours from its selected start time and can be claimed once per account. The window runs continuously, including time when you are not hosting.

Claiming sets your account to the welcome Party Plan for the selected window. If you already have paid access, contact hello@tryneegma.com before claiming so the team can help you avoid replacing that access.

Claim a plan gift from the team

On Rewards, find the gift, check its plan, duration and any Claim by date, then select Claim.

The claim deadline and plan duration are different: a deadline tells you when the gift must be claimed; the duration tells you how much plan access it grants. A gift marked No expiry has no fixed end date once applied.

For an account with no existing dated paid access, a plan gift starts when claimed. If your plan already has a future end date, the gift's duration extends that end date instead, and the plan's original start date stays the same. Claiming also changes the account to the gift's plan tier; it does not keep two separate plans.

A plan gift does not cancel a paid Pro renewal. Use the Pro subscription guide if you need to stop a renewal.

Apply a player boost

Every new paid template purchase grants one player boost. You can use it on a session you host, including a session that does not use the purchased template.

1. Open the session you want to boost.
2. In the lobby, find Player boost available.
3. Select Boost to followed by the new player limit, before starting the session.

The button shows the resulting capacity. For example, a Free session can increase from 10 to 30 players, and a Pro session from 100 to 120.

Each boost adds up to 20 places, capped at 200 players. Only one boost can be applied to a session, and a used boost cannot be reused on another session. The control is hidden if the session is already boosted, already allows at least 200 players, or you have no unused boosts.

A boost changes player capacity only. Your plan's session count and duration limits, and each game's own player limit, still apply.

Template ownership and the boost are separate

A purchased template is yours to use again without an expiry window. Spending its included boost does not use up the template. Find your purchased templates in Templates and your purchase records in Template purchases.
