Branding options and availability

Is white-label session branding available?

Full white-label branding for Neegma sessions is not currently available. There is no public setting to replace Neegma's branding across the lobby, player screens and reports, or to give players a custom join domain.

If branding is essential for an event, contact the team with your requirements and date. Confirm availability before relying on it in your event plans.

What approved partners can customise

Approved partners can change the appearance of their public storefront. These settings are available through the partner account and do not require an Enterprise subscription.

Storefront design settings do not change the session lobby, gameplay screens or player join address.

Update your storefront design

1. Sign in with your approved partner account and open Partner settings.
2. If you have not created a storefront profile yet, complete the profile form first.
3. In Design, adjust the colours, proportions and images. Review the preview and resolve any field errors.
4. Select Save Design to apply the changes to your public storefront.

Use PNG, JPEG or WebP images, up to 5 MB each. SVG uploads are not supported. The image fields show recommended dimensions for each placement.

Text such as your tagline, story and FAQs has a separate Save storefront settings button. Save each section you have changed.

Need partner access?

A paid hosting plan does not automatically make an account a partner. Visit the Partners page to learn about the programme and apply. Approved partners can manage a storefront and list eligible templates for sale.
