When to ask about Enterprise

Enterprise is available by custom quote for organisations with larger events, recurring programmes or support needs that require discussion with the Neegma team.

Use the Contact page or email hello@tryneegma.com to describe your event and request pricing.

Current plan limits

The current Enterprise plan allows:

• Up to 1,000 players per session.
• Unlimited sessions and games, with no separate session-duration cap while access is active.
• Unlimited active custom games and templates you create.

A plan's capacity does not change an individual game's player limit. Check the games you intend to run, especially games that depend on a small group discussing or taking turns.

What to include in your enquiry

Tell us:

• Your event date, time zone and expected number of players.
• Whether people will join in person, remotely or both.
• How often you will host and whether sessions need to run at the same time.
• Which games, custom content, reporting or onboarding support you need.

The team can use those details to confirm the event setup and provide a quote. Ask the team to confirm the access period, capacity, support arrangements and any requested services in that quote.

Branding and custom domains

Full white-label session branding and custom player-join domains are not currently available. If either is essential for your event, mention it in your enquiry so the team can confirm what is possible.

Approved partners can customise their public storefront. Those settings apply to the storefront, rather than the game lobby or player screens. Read Branding options and availability for the current controls.

Compare the other plans

For a single event, the Party Plan offers 24 hours of access with tiers up to 200 players. The monthly Pro plan supports up to 100 players per session.
